OTSUKA Factory is a company focused on designing and manufacturing tools and labor-saving machines.
We mainly produce “tools for machining parts” tools and labor-saving machines which are required in various fields such as automobiles, construction machinery, semiconductor equipment, medical equipment, power generation turbines, ships and so on. Unlike mass-produced products, each one is mostly made-to-order and one quantity.
Jigs and tools are manufactured by the same machining as parts machining, but because the machining accuracy of parts depends on the machining accuracy of the tools, higher precision than parts is required.
With regard to labor saving machines, we design and manufacture meetings while making suggestions so that we can satisfy customers’ specifications as well as simpler and more cost-effective.
